Counselling can be a very beneficial process when you work with the right person .This is where we are different as we pay much attention to assessing what you want out of therapy, and the goals you want to achieve. Using our professional knowledge we can then decide with you, the best way to more forward . At this stage, you will be allocated to a therapist who you feel comfortable with and who is skilled, to work in your best interests and get the outcome you desire. Finally, our ultimate goal is to make therapy a constructive experience for you.

Consulation – Assesstment

When you don’t know where to start, a consultation – assessment could be your first step. Just come in and describe the situation and your concerns. You will be seen by a specially trained therapist who can to deal with the conflicts you may face. An initial assessment appointment is usually scheduled within a few days after you contact us. At which time you may request the type of therapist you would feel most comfortable with (i.e., male or female, younger or older). Finally, a treatment plan is then formulated, and you will be assigned to a therapist which you feel comfortable with and is appropriate for you.

Indivuidal Therapy

If you feel you are struggling with one or more of the issues mentioned above, or have come to a crossroad in life where you are feeling troubled or unclear, therapy can be an anchor to help you slow down, reassess and refocus. We help clients find relief from a broad range of life’s challenges including anxiety, depression, transitions, relationships and work-related stress.
Everyone entering psychotherapy comes from a unique walk of life. Together, we can identify your specific goals and create a treatment plan that addresses your areas of need. We have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children through adulthood.

Couples Therapy
